Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience building web applications with Rust 2+ years of experience building and integrating RESTful APIs Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and database design Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development process Experience developing and deploying cloud-based solutions (AWS or similar) Ability to work in rapid development environments with tight deadlines Expert-level Rust development knowledge Strong server-side development experience Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Advertising technology (AdTech) industry experience Component and data architecture design experience Performance monitoring and optimization experience Experience evaluating products and making buy vs. build recommendations Experience driving technical debt prioritization and remediation Strong process improvement and system streamlining background
